I am so glad you are here!
I am your coffee loving, cat obsessed, plant loving, passionate Naturopath and Nutritionist who has learnt the hard way of how to manage heavy menstrual bleeding, fibroids and navigating a long journey to an endometriosis diagnosis and now to battle fertility at 40. This has lead me to create an online clinic dedicated to helping others going through the same trenches as me.
I am a degree-qualified Naturopath and Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy and a Graduate Certificate of Human Nutrition. I am a professional member of the Australian National Therapeutics Association (ANTA).
And I LOVE to yap about health all day long. x

1 x mid-luteal oestrogen & progesterone blood test

The follow up appointments will be scheduled 3-4 weeks apart and we can review any outside tests such as transvaginal ultrasound or semen analysis.

All consultations are online.

Once your appointment is booked you will receive an invoice for payment.
This 60 minute appointment is designed to give you comprehensive care and is a deep dive into your whole health. We will discuss your presenting complaints and your health goals and you will be provided a comprehensive care plan, including pathology or functional testing referrals (if appropriate) and prescription.
During your return appointments, we will review any test results and make changes to your treatment plan as necessary. Regular check-ins (every 4-6 weeks) are ideal so that I can support you through the next stages of treatment. If we are working on a long-term health goal, it will generally take several months for us to address all of the contributing factors.
This is an acute care appointment designed for new and return clients wanting a quick prescription. This is perfect for clients coming with a diagnosis of acute UTI, thrush or BV, a cold or gastro and wanting a basic care plan and supplements or topical treatment prescribed.
